There are some sessions that linger with you — not just for the scenery, but for the feeling. Kirsten and RJ’s session was one of those.
We began our day where the wind runs wild, at the historic turf houses nestled in the green hills of Iceland. The sky was moody, the grass vivid, and a lazy river curved through the landscape like it had all the time in the world. The wind tangled their hair and tugged at their sweaters as they danced, held close, and let the moment carry them. It felt like watching poetry unfold — soft, unrushed, and rooted in something timeless.
Later, we wandered into Reykjavik and slipped into a quieter rhythm. They strolled hand-in-hand through the city streets, stopping for coffee at a cozy corner café. I followed along as they leaned in close, shared whispers and smiles, and sipped coffee like they had nowhere else to be. The energy shifted from windswept to warm — from the wild to the wonderfully simple.
Days like this are why I love what I do — capturing love in all its forms, in all its places. Whether on windswept hills or tucked into a coffee shop corner, your story deserves to be told in a way that feels real, raw, and beautifully yours.
